If you would like a quote:
1. Visit our Contact Us Page. Call, email or complete the enquiry form. Please include details of where and when your event is taking place so we can confirm our availability. List your requirements i.e chair covers and/or centrepieces etc along with your colour scheme and ideas. We will send you a quote to review.

2. To proceed with your booking, contact us via email or phone. We will email or post a Deposit Request Form to you. Deposit is 25% of the total cost of your order. This secures your booking and we will add your event to our diary.

3. Approximately 8 weeks prior to your event, we will contact you to finalise your details and obtain final numbers from you. We will then notify you of our final balance and this must be paid no later than six weeks prior to your event.

4. During the weeks leading up to your event, we will contact the venue for access information. Each event is allocated enough time to ensure everything is set up to our high standard in plenty of time for your occassion.

5. On the day of your event (or sometimes the night before) we will be at your venue transforming it into the room of your dreams.
